Healthcare innovation and the importance of data feature in our TV discussion: 28.09.16

Data and digital transformation in the health industry is a hot topic as healthcare providers strive to improve the services they offer and achieve better outcomes. This is also while they are struggling with the challenges of increasing demand, spiralling pressure on resources and the need to achieve more with less – all against a backdrop of financial restraints.

It is the subject of a TV programme to be aired shortly in which we will be appearing.  Called “Healthcare Innovation: Communicating Data”, the programme will be broadcast on Executive TV, which is an industry platform focused on revealing the thoughts of leading companies and their experts.

Our own particular expertise in data management has enabled NHS trusts in England and Health Boards in Scotland to achieve transformational successes. Our products are designed to offer healthcare providers a fast, sustainable and cost-effective way to manage complex data – and, therefore, improve efficiency.

As Graham Bennett, Insource Healthcare Director says in the TV programme: “People need modern technology and tools to enable them to do their jobs in an efficient way.”

This is supported in the programme by Martyn Smith, Director of IT and Innovation at Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. He added: “Good, trustworthy data has an absolute benefit for patients.”

We have worked with Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust for six years during which time the trust has achieved many milestones around data management. To read more on how we have collaborated, please visit our blog.
