Insource is proud to announce the appointment of healthcare veteran and powerhouse Anthony McKeever to its Healthcare Advisory Board as part of a commitment to put a deep understanding of the needs of the NHS and the healthcare industry at the core of all product strategy.

McKeever’s career includes 25+ years in healthcare spanning multiple leadership roles across the NHS, most notably on the national taskforce that eliminated waiting times of 2 years and more. McKeever has also time in business and public sector roles, bringing high credibility with the medical profession and a strong network across the NHS and Whitehall to Insource. In this new role McKeever will chair the Strategic Healthcare Advisory Board, to assist Insource in improving the alignment of Products and Services with the healthcare market. As a respected Healthcare authority with a passion for the important role of technology in addressing industry challenges, McKeever will help communicate the value of technology to Boards and C suite.

I always seek projects with the potential to improve the performance of the NHS and, as a result, the service delivered to patients. For some time I have recognised the critical role that data, and specifically intelligent, ubiquitous access to data, plays in a healthcare organisation’s ability to perform as they should” said McKeever. “I was initially intrigued and excited by the great results and impact achieved through the adoption of the Insource suite of products at several Trusts, but ultimately it was the team’s passion for the healthcare industry and desire to know the customer that motivated me to join the Insource board.”

Insource is a privately owned UK business and leader in data preparation and data automation solutions. Leading NHS trusts have been relying on Insource’ suite of technologies to enable operational and statutory reporting for 25 years. Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust are just some of the organisations that have been able to free up resources and time and get insight from data that enable them to improve services and patient care.

The Advisory Board will comprise a small team of Senior UK Health Experts who will all bring significant experience and advice to the Insource Board of Directors and the Senior Management Team as we shape strategy and products in line with the current and anticipated needs of Healthcare customers,” explains Steve Aitken, Insource CEO. “It thrills us to have someone with such a deep passion and insight for the Healthcare industry on board and we’re excited about the innovation we will drive with his insightful contribution.”
