Insource is pleased to announce the significant appointment of Sam Elliott as CEO, leveraging his considerable business management experience to lead the next exciting chapter in its success story. Elliott joined the Insource board in July 2020, bringing extensive background in business re-engineering and expansion.
Elliott’s appointment follows his role as Insource Partner Relations Director for the past few months and comes with a priority on spearheading strategic growth both in the UK domestic market and the international Healthcare market through Partnerships, building on Insource’s successful organic performance and key strategic acquisitions.
Elliott’s vast international healthcare experience spans CEO and senior business leadership and transformational roles at private and public healthcare innovation organisations, including iSOFT/CSC, a Fortune 200 company and one of the world’s largest and most respected providers of information technology services. Amongst his achievements he merged and creating Aspraya, a US based public company, in 2005 following extensive re-engineering of that Healthcare IT provider. As both a UK and French resident, Elliott has a track record establishing partnerships and networks across Europe, US and Global markets.
“We have spent many years developing our business with a focus on the future needs of healthcare and have created a platform that can now scale and grow to realise its enormous potential” commented Steve Aitken, Joint Founder and Chairman of Insource. “Sam has the experience and capability to lead us on this next stage of evolution, ensuring Insource realises the value it has created in the delivery of ground breaking solutions that transform how healthcare is provided.”
“Insource has doubled its revenues over the past two years, with 45% annual growth year on year through its direct business activity. It is an organisation rooted in a deep understanding of the Healthcare industry’s need for innovative data-driven solutions fit for purpose, robust and scalable,” commented Elliot. “I knew this company was special and I am both honoured and excited to lead the growth plan for Insource when our customer market needs the support of its trusted innovation partners more than ever.”
Elliott’s influence has already helped broaden the reach of Insource product and services through the recently launched Partner Engagement Programme, which offers greater economies of scale to the healthcare market in line with the unprecedented demand for effective data management and automation solutions. “I’m highly impressed with the ability Insource has to fit and align its solution offerings with partner strategies and solution requirements, signalling unrivalled success for the Insource partner programme,” commended Elliott.
Steve Aitken will take over as Chairman, leading strategic projects and acquisition. The other board members remain the same with Graham Bennett leading Sales; Jackie Sawyer leading Partnerships; Rob Davenport as CTO; Tim Eltze as joint CFO and COO and David Tipple as non-executive Director.
